The Salem Global Foundation invites applications for human rights and health programs
Deadline: October 6, 2025

The Salem Global Foundation strategically partners with local groups to bring positive change within their communities. Our goal is to build relationships and work together to provide resources to those who are bringing opportunity and services and helping grow existing assets in the community. 

To that end, The Salem Global Foundation invites applications for its grant program, which will award up to $5,000 to support a project in the human rights or health sector. 

Our focus and priority will include projects that work towards one or more of the following:

• securing basic and fundamental human rights, including, right to life, freedom from slavery and torture, and freedom from discrimination, or
• increasing access to and quality of health programs for vulnerable groups.

Eligibility Requirements and Guidelines:

• The project must be in the human rights or health sector.
• The project must already be established.
• The applicant must be in relationship with a member of The Salem Global Foundation.
• There are no geographic restrictions for this grant. 
• Grantees will be expected to put together an implementation plan and present it before funding is sent.
• Grantees are required to send reports to The Salem Global Foundation three months after funds are disbursed, including performance reports and pictures/videos (when appropriate). 

Grant decisions will be made by October 13, 2025.
